Role Summary

Content Lead owns content strategy, series execution, campaign delivery, and distribution for Superteam Talent. Founders originate ideas and set direction. This person turns direction into shipped content and hits the growth numbers

Ownerships

• Own video production end to end: scripting, filming logistics, clipping and editing (AI-assisted tools welcome)
• Build Superteam Talent's AI video engine: repeatable workflows in Higgsfield, Figma, and CapCut that ship high-quality content weekly
• Turn video into a talent-attraction channel: role spotlights, scout stories, event recaps, and "day in the life" formats that make top Solana builders want to work with us
• Own the content calendar across X and LinkedIn end to end
• Execute the weekly content series and run growth campaigns from the backlog
• Grow and distribute across X and LinkedIn; partner closely with the sourcing team, partner communities, and the Talent Scout program to seed and amplify content
• Report progress against KPIs on a fixed weekly cadence, using portal and UTM analytics to track attribution
• Ideate with core team on new content series and creative directions
