Business Development @ Axiom

Axiom is a Y Combinator-backed trading terminal built for the Solana ecosystem. We're growing the team and looking for a Business Development hire to own the partnerships that drive our position in the Solana trading landscape.

What you'll do

• Source, negotiate, and close partnerships with market makers, exchanges, wallets, and other trading infrastructure providers
• Build and manage relationships with KOLs and ecosystem leads to drive user growth
• Represent Axiom across the Solana ecosystem, at events and in community channels
• Work closely with product and engineering to turn partner and market feedback into roadmap input
• Own the partnership pipeline end to end, from first outreach to signed deal

What we're looking for

• 2+ years in business development or partnerships, ideally in crypto trading, exchanges, market making, or DeFi
• A track record of sourcing and closing deals, not just managing existing ones
• Comfortable moving fast in a small, early-stage team
• An existing network in the Solana ecosystem is a strong plus, direct trading or exchange experience is a bonus

Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 base
